Chelsea Pearson-Vibert

Clinical Team Lead 


Chelsea received her master’s degree in International Disaster Psychology and specializes in trauma-based treatments, such as EMDR and TF-CBT. She is a licensed professional counselor and has worked with kids and families at Jefferson Center for the last 7 years. During that time, she has provided individual, group, and family therapy to students in Jefferson County schools, as well as providing professional development for educators and administrators on mental health and trauma. When she's not working with the team, she and her husband love to spend time in the mountains with their son and two dogs!

Charles Floyd

Program Manager


Charles was born in Washington and grew up in Meridian, Idaho. At nineteen he joined the United States Army where he served as an Airborne Infantryman for over twenty years. Following his retirement, Charles was a private military contractor who worked and lived in Liberia, Iraq, and Afghanistan for four years. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Westchester University and a Master’s degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology. Charles is responsible for overseeing all operations for Jefferson Center for Mental Health’s Colorado Spirit team. Charles enjoys hiking and collecting Legos. He has three incredible adult children.


Jean Bogar

Senior Care Specialist


Jean was born and raised in Michigan but considers herself a Coloradan. She received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver and is an LCSW through the state of Colorado. Her specialty and passion are older adults, having worked with them throughout her career. She is eager to serve the community and help those affected by COVID-19. Jean loves nature and being outside, and when the weather permits you can catch her riding her bike or going for a swim!


Megan Kearns

COVID-19 Crisis Counselor


Megan is a Colorado native who grew up in Parker. She got her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and Asian studies from UNC. She graduated from the University of Denver with her master’s in international disaster psychology. She joined the Colorado Spirit team because of the ability to help people directly affected by Covid-19. Megan loves to be outside in nature with her partner and their dog. She is an avid rock climber, video-gamer, and (former) concert-goer!


Caterina Zischke-Rincon
Outreach Specialist - COVID-19 Relief

Caterina joined the Colorado Spirit team to be of service to communities impacted by the pandemic. She has a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR) and has spent close to three years living and working in South America, most recently as a Fulbright scholar in Colombia. Caterina is also a Bilingual Educator at the Clyfford Still Museum, where she works primarily with k-12 students in the Denver metro area. She enjoys listening to new records with her partner, foreign films, biking, and picnics!

Kelly Marks
Outreach Specialist - COVID-19 Relief

Kelly graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Integrative Physiology. She was born and raised in Arvada, CO and is looking forward to serving the local community as part of the Colorado Spirit Team. Kelly enjoys connecting with others and traveling. She is an avid Avs fan, loves spending time with family, and can be found playing soccer in her free time.


Sarah Greenbaum

Community Liaison

Sarah is a Colorado native but grew up in the Marshall Islands for most of her childhood before returning to the U.S. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. She has worked with many diverse populations in clinical settings such as in Pediatric Endocrinology, where she served children and adolescents with diagnoses such as thyroid disease and gender dysphoria. She is also passionate about providing professional development, as well as working with couples. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and doing just about anything outdoors with her fiancé and dog!


Rachael Gibson
Marketing & Web Specialist

Rachael is a Colorado native who grew up in Arvada. She possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Writing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She initially worked in the Colorado theater and film industry, but when the Covid-19 pandemic hit she changed her career to writing and marketing. She joined the Colorado Spirit team because of the fantastic work they are doing in the community, assisting those directly affected by the pandemic. Rachael loves gardening, hiking, reading, and knitting. She is a huge fan of the sci-fi, fantasy, and horror genres, and can often be found binge watching episodes of Star Trek or Kolchak The Night Stalker.

Muneer Kirmani

Child & Family Specialist

Muneer grew up in Baltimore County, Maryland. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Muneer served in the US Peace Corps in Sierra Leone for two years, and then as a civil servant in the National Science Foundation for five. He returned to student life and received an MA in international disaster psychology from University of Denver. Muneer joined the Colorado Spirit team as a Child and Family Specialist in order to support those impacted by COVID-19. Muneer enjoys visiting museums, hiking, and going on short road trips. He is a fan of coffee, live music, and desserts!


Louie Pinkerton

Community Liaison

Louie was born and raised in the Denver-Metro area, where they still reside with their cats. They received their B.S. in Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling at the Metropolitan State University of Denver. Louie joined the Colorado Spirit team because they felt that connecting community members to resources during the pandemic was the timeliest work in this field. They are passionate about working with LGBTQ+ communities, people living with HIV/AIDS, and working with folks about writing. Louie loves to skateboard with their partner, cook yummy vegetarian meals, and have movie nights.

Taylor Brown
Colorado Spirit Intern

Taylor was born and raised in Colorado who grew up in Morrison. She is currently a senior at Conifer High School, and is excited to go into college to master in psychology. Taylor joined the Colorado Spirit team as an intern, being excited to explore this unique counseling field dedicated towards disaster based events, such as COVID-19. She is excited to help in any way possible, and be able to learn more than just what goes on inside the office, but the real problems people have to deal with everyday. Taylor enjoys golfing, climbing, hiking, basketball, and anything that will get her active.


Megan Stahmer
Colorado Spirit Intern

Megan was born in China, but grew up in Denver, Colorado. She loves skateboarding with her dog Phoebe. Megan joined the Colorado Spirit team as an intern. She attends Dakota Ridge High School and plans to further her studies in either neuroscience or psychology or maybe both at CSU.


Benton Boyam
Colorado Spirit Intern

Benton was born in Denver and raised in Parker. He is in his final semester at the University of Northern Colorado, and will be graduating in December with a B.S. in Human Services and an English minor. During his free time he enjoys reading, writing, and rock climbing.
